I would like to thank ERA and my housing agent Jackson Pon for his services rendered to me in my HDB sales recently. He sold my house at a very good price in a very short time, both his services and professionalism are top notch. He found me a very suitable buyer and he told the buyer clearly about my situation and protected my interest when we were doing the sales contract, which really save me from moving house twice when HDB proposed me to temporarily move to their rental flat as my BTO flat was affected by covid19 and was delayed by 6 months. The rental offered by HDB is cheap but the hassle to move twice greatly affected my whole family but Jackson communicated with HDB BTO, resale HDB and the buyer to resolved this problem for me, and I only have to move once. This is a very smooth transition for me and my family. Thank you again!
